Dancing Synapsis

Irina Kowallik- mimedance- produces and collaborates according to her own concept with Ana Carbia, Annemarie Kabisch, Hartmut Arweiler, Tatjana Bielke, Leander Hörmann and Frank Kowallik.
In this performance the spectrum from pure physicality to the representation with full body mask is shown. While in the last part the dancers only act with their bodies, in the preceding sequences different means of representation are used - fabrics that depict the body, partially cover it and completely alienate the human body.

The three dancers Carbia, Kabisch, Kowallik have met at a point where the different variants of their expression come together. The music of Bielke with voice and at the "singing saw" and Arweiler at the electric guitar stands for itself and gives impulses for movement. The now well-rehearsed team of musicians and dancers communicates sensitively and creates a symbiosis of sounds, movements and space. All five are also on the move in other artistic constellations.
