In German

The current discussion series of the BFDK, the German Federal Association of Independent Performing Arts, invites you to exchange on the topic of sensible education offers and, most of all, the question of what a course of study or training program for the practical elements of working in the independent performing arts could look like.
Anyone looking to start a career as an independent artist or within the independent structures sees themselves confronted with a variety of challenges.
Strong artistic expression, innovation and boundless creativity are just as necessary as organizational abilities, a skill at writing funding applications and precision in accounting as well as all the knowledge surrounding working as a freelancer.
