sesperisi AKA Özgür Erkök Moroder & opening concert: "Jenny's Playlist"

sesperisi is a concert performance persona performed by Özgür Erkök Moroder (Turkey) since 2007. Synth-punk and French house meet electro clash. sesperisi brings music, storytelling, opera, stage show, dance, extravagant self-designed costumes and performance together in a post-apocalyptic, retro futuristic atmosphere.
Özgür Erkök Moroder AKA sesperisi lives in Berlin. A multidisciplinary artist, their work focuses on gender and everyday-life politics. They work as a performer, costume and stage designer, visual artist, vocal worker, music and video producer. They have realized many performances, exhibitions and workshop projects. They are a member of the art collective Ha Za Vu Zu (Istanbul) and the stage collective Rampen Fau (Berlin). They work as a Comics&Manga workshop facilitator at YoungArts Neukölln.
