#3 Figures – Of Singles and Social Media

In her package, Birte Flint dedicates herself to two very different facets of object and figure theater in her package. In the documentary theater piece Single lives as single wants, critical questions are posed regarding social media in a political context and the rise of right-wing groups on the Internet. Girls! Girls! Girls! brings the evening to a close with the charming host Richard P Dick Van Johnson, who is accompanied by an ensemble of "dancers".

Birte Flint graduated from YOP-Year of Performance in Hamburg and then studied acting in Berlin. She has worked as an actor and performer since 2009, including, amongst others, at Deutsches Theater Berlin, Societaetstheater Dresden, Theater der Jungen Welt Leipzig, Tiroler Festspielhaus as well as in TV productions and the feature film Frauen (directed by Nikolai Müllerschön, 2016). Most recently, she was seen in Nordstadtphantasien created with and performed by Schorsch Kamerun in the 2018 Ruhr Triennial and in Sonny Boys at Theaterschiff Stuttgart.
