Performance

Somehow standing

Ana Kavalis & Jeff Gburek

Everything seems to be taken up in a process of constant change – emotions, thoughts, breath, movements, words, sounds, time and space. A body in the transit zone. Somehow Standing is a performance about our strength and our ability to persevere in times of doubt. What would happen if we were to integrate this instability into our everyday lives? What would happen if we would accept this condition of becoming as the best part of ourselves?
